AWG Online has a personal focus and a business focus. My site can be used by people who want to develop their knowledge and skills at a personal level. My books, courses, videos and life coaching are for everyday people and for business people.

I have more than 30 years business experience, so I feel that I am in a strong position to support organisations on their Business Excellence Journey. The business focus areas of my site are – Business Mentoring / Coaching, Customised Corporate Interventions, Consulting and Online Assessments. The focus of this section is on Organisational and Team Assessments.

Assessment leads to Awareness regarding the Current Situation. Conducting assessments is a smart move. We can have assessments at an individual, team and organizational level. As far as possible we need to be Professional, Proactive and Preventative when it comes to Building a Better and a Brighter Future. We also need to have a clear picture of the Desired Future State.

It is critical for all organisations to have a GREAT SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM. The assessment below focuses on three critical areas. This assessment is done for FREE.
