Change is a reality for all people. The rate of change is on the increase. Global competition, technology and international travel are some of the main reasons why change is happening so much faster. I start the booklet by sharing some of my experiences related to change over the past 64 years.

After the introduction, I share on Macro, Meso and Micro Change. These three relate to Organisational, Team and Personal Change. Natural disasters such as floods, droughts and earthquakes, bring about change. Man has mistreated the environment and global warming and deforestation are just two examples. When forests are destroyed, animals head for the cities. This is often how pandemics start. Companies such as South Korea have had to set up clinics for those youngsters who are suffering from digital addiction. Technology has really brough about huge changes. I share my C.H.A.N.G.E Model which guides organisations and teams through a process of change.

At a meso level, change is focused on teams and groups of people. You will discover the ‘Ten Pillars of Teamwork’ and you can assess where changes may be needed in the team in which you work. At a micro level the focus is on Personal Change. I believe that there are four main reasons why a person would want to change. I cover them in the booklet.
