About a week before Lockdown started, I decided that I was going to write a colourful booklet. I finished the booklet on day twenty of the lockdown. I have been so encouraged by the positive feedback that I have received from across the globe. My main aim was to encourage people to stay strong in the storm. This virus will be followed by other storms that we will need to face. I developed the ‘Ten Tough Time Tips’ about twenty years ago for a group of teachers who were going through a tough time. I have taught these tips to thousands of people at conferences and on my courses. You will discover them in this booklet.
How we mange our time and deal with the stress, is also important. This corona virus has taught us to look at time with different eyes. We have to also find ways to deal with the stress and frustrations. I have shared some useful time and stress tips in this booklet. I am writing this review about forty days after finishing writing the booklet. About fifteen days ago, people were very excited when they were told that they can exercise between 6am to 9am. Staying in good physical shape is important, but the holistic person is so much more. When looking at the holistic person, the mental, emotional, spiritual, social and financial focus areas also need to be considered. These will be covered.
The final section looks at the five success factors when it comes to ‘Creating the Future of your Dreams.’ They say that without vision, the people perish. We all need to be positive possibility thinkers, who strive to build a better and brighter future for ourselves and others.
